When you fill out the contact form on this website, we collect your name, email address, and the information you share in your message. This data is processed only to evaluate and respond to your request and to communicate with you about CosmoFresh. It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Once you subscribe, CosmoFresh stores the business data you enter while using the software — this includes your stock and inventory records, current account (ledger) entries, purchase and sales records, and the user accounts you create for your own staff to log in with. If you choose to record personal details about your customers, suppliers, or employees inside CosmoFresh (for example, a name on a current account), that data is also stored as part of your business records.
Who is responsible for this data: for the business data described in this section, you (the subscribing business) are the data controller. DRMZ TARIM GIDA TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ acts as a data processor, storing and safeguarding this data on your behalf and processing it only as needed to provide the CosmoFresh service — not for our own purposes.
Where it is stored: this data is hosted on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany (Nuremberg and Falkenstein data centers), our infrastructure sub-processor. Hetzner's facilities hold ISO/IEC 27001 information security certification and operate under EU/GDPR jurisdiction. Your data does not leave this infrastructure as part of providing the service.
Backups: we run regular automated backups of this data within the same German infrastructure, used solely for disaster recovery. Backups are rotated on a routine cycle and are not retained indefinitely.
Retention and what happens if you cancel: your business data is retained for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, your data is kept for a limited period afterward so you can reactivate your account or request an export; after that period, it is permanently deleted, including from routine backups as they are rotated out. If you would like your data deleted sooner, contact us and we will act on your request.
Exporting or deleting your data: you can export your records at any time from within CosmoFresh (stock, sales, and account reports can be generated as PDF or Excel). To request a full export of your data or its permanent deletion, contact us at alperen@getcosmofresh.com.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK and, where applicable, Articles 15–21 of the GDPR, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request access to it, and to request its correction, export, or deletion. This applies both to your own contact details (Section A) and, if you are a CosmoFresh subscriber, to the business data described in Section B.
